This program is for executives that want to enhance their interpersonal skills.
In the Executive Leader program you will:
- Create a distinction between complex and complexity
- Understand trust/relationships as social, iterative and emergent
- Patterns in the ongoing conversations in your organization
- Impact important decisions
- Understand that we are always in conflict as we negotiate values, norms and identity
- Experience communication as an iterative emergent process rather than the a sender/receiver process.
- Holding both yourself and your direct reports accountable
- Challenging yourself and your staff with developmental assignments’
- Nothing happens in void how are you co-creating your outcomes
6/9/12 month program includes:
- Individual 360 report
- Individual development action plan
- Up to 4 coaching session per month
- Unlimited email and telephone support.
Leadership Team Program
Understanding the pattern of your teams relationships and how this generates outcomes that might/might not be satisfying.
This program is for executives teams that want to enhance their interpersonal skills
In the Leadership Team program you will:
- Create a distinction between complex and complexity
- Understand trust/relationships as social, iterative and emergent
- Patterns in the ongoing conversations in your team and organization
- Understand that we are always in conflict as we negotiate values, norms and identity
- Experience communication as an iterative emergent process rather than the a sender/receiver process.
- Holding both yourself and your team accountable
- Challenging yourself and your team with developmental assignments’
- Nothing happens in void how are you co-creating your outcomes
- Understand how the micro-patterns of your team create the macro-patterns of your organizational culture.
9/12 month program includes:
- Observation of team meetings
- Interviews with each team member
- Narrative of team patterns based on observation and interviews
- Up to 2 days per month on site observation, training and team coaching
- Training materials as needed
- Unlimited email and telephone support.
